Dixit is a classic, simple, lighthearted game of storytelling and guesswork where imagination is the only limitation and creative thinking unlocks the tale. Every stunning, dreamlike illustration tells a story—but what story will your picture tell?

Follow the rules, or make up your own...this can be a fabulous tool for speech or social therapy groups, or just a fun evening at home.

The basics of the game are simple and straightforward and can be used by anyone at most any age to create the game of their dreams. While the classic game is played for points, the real victory in DiXit comes from sharing a creative experience with family, friends, in a therapy group, or session.

To play the game by the rules; The players have hands of oversized cards with various artistic pictures. The active player secretly selects one of their cards and gives a very brief description. The other players secretly select their own cards which match the description. The chosen cards are shuffled and revealed, then players vote on which was chosen by the active player. Each answer gives points to the guesser or active player. The game ends when the deck is empty. The greatest total wins the game.
