Placing a Purchase Order Online
Sign in and Register. Shop and add products to your online shopping cart. Proceed to checkout. Enter your billing, shipping information and organization's P.O. Number in the space provided. Choose your shipping method and then choose "Purchase Order" as your payment method. We will contact you if we need any additional information. Please contact us if you require a W9.
Placing a Purchase Order by Telephone or by Mail:
You are always welcome to call us during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9-5PM CST, to place a purchase order or request a W9. You can also mail your purchase order to:
